I absolutely love my walk in shower done by Dream Bath. I had a jacuzzi tub that we were unable to use because of medical issues. The height of a jacuzzi was making it difficult to shower. The workers were terrific. In by 9, out by 430. They were very friendly, neat and excellent workers. I would recommend them over any other company doing this kind of tub to shower conversion. The best!!!

These guys are highly professional and efficient while at the same time friendly and personable. A delight to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I highly recommend South Shore Dream Bath. We had a 1954 plastic tile shower surround that had seriously seen better days. Steve came out and looked at the job and gave us an estimate. The crew came on schedule and could not have been nicer and easy to work with. Rich went over the job specifics ahead of time, assured me it could be done in a day and went to work. They removed the old tiles, removed the ratty wall board, put up new wall board, installed the surround with shelf and grab bars, and installed a glass shower door. Rich consulted me on all decisions, finished well before the end of the day, and the crew left the bathroom in immaculate shape. They also gave us instructions on proper care of the materials they installed. We were delighted with the job and would not hesitate to use again.

Recently had an old tub removed and replaced it a shower. The team that was in our home for 8 hours was nothing but professional and respectful of our home and install of a beautiful new shower area. Thank you

I'm so glad I read the reviews on here, as they are why I choose to go with South Shore Dream Bath to install a a new (acrylic) tub line, shower walls, and gorgeous shower door for me. It is absolutely beautiful and still looks the same it did the day they put it in with minimal effort cleaning it every couple of weeks....and the bathtub is white!
Their liner is so much better than what you'd get a Home Depot in which the tub is pre-made and they basically slap it into your old tub...and you lose a lot of space in your tub/shower as a result... Not with these guys. They take numerous measurements inside your tub/shower and have the pieces cut to fit and mold to your existing tub/shower so you really don't lose any noticeable space in your tub/shower.
The maintenance guys who work for my condo association were so impressed. I have recommended South Shore Dream Batch to numerous people and have allowed my condo association to show numerous people in my complex who were thinking about having one done. Needless to say, I highly recommend these guys!

Rich once again did a fabulous job. This is the second project he has done for me and it's obvious he pays attention to the details! He stays until the job is done to his satisfaction, which is a higher standard than the customer. Thanks Rich for another job well done. About a month ago we had our bathroom completely renovated with S.S. Dream Bath! I recommend them highly for a number of reasons.....Steve, the salesperson, is very professional and very patient. He helped us out with our choices, and the best thing is that it's "one stop shopping", which made it very easy. We didn't have to run around trying to find everything, the only thing we had to pick out was the tile for the floor, and even then we only had to tell Steve what we chose and he ordered it, so it was all part of the price, and we didn't have to go pick it up or anything!
Rich the contractor was so easy to work with, as was the electrician and the plumber. The first day we had a problem with a leak and I can't tell you how efficiently Rich and the electrician were at coming back to solve the problem, they even went out and bought a new light fixture (the leak had run into a light in the ceiling on the first floor) and put it in immediately. Problem solved!!
If I had to find a negative with the process at all, it was with the floor tile guy, I had called him to come back to fix something, and he finally responded after a second call, but then we had to call him again and he never got back to us at all. Otherwise all the guys were great to work with and very efficient.
Also, when I talked with Steve after everything was done, to finish the payment process, he told me that they couldn't use the light fixtures we had picked out for some reason, so they went and found others that matched and then took them off the bill! I thought that was over and above the norm for customer service! And the price was within our budget and reasonable.
All in all, it was a stress-free project, finished in a week, and everyone was very easy to work with! If you are looking for a beautiful new bathroom at a most reasonable price, and don't want to run around crazy looking for everything, this is the place!!!

They installed a beautiful walk in shower in my home yesterday. It is gorgeous. I was not home but my husband was and he said they are extremely professional and very friendly. I waited a long time before I finally did my bathtub and shower over. I tried dealing with Home Depot, Lowes and a nearby handyman - and it was too frustrating. I found South Shore Dream Bath on the internet and checked their reviews. I almost couldn't believe all the good reviews! I decided to go see them and look at their showroom. I ended up booking the job and I am only sorry I waited so long to do it. Steve and Rich were great to work with and the work was done in just one day. It looks amazing! Every time I step into it, I am just as happy as day one. The work was top notch....very professional....and cleaned up every bit of mess. I think their price was very reasonable and below the other big bath vendor in the area. Wish I could attach the photo here, but I'll put it on the timeline. I LOVE my new shower. It went from old and ugly to modern and beautiful. The Dream Bath team is so great to work with, from beginning to end. To have the old shower removed, new sheet rock installed, piping completed and surround walls and accessories installed in a day, was incredible. Rich and Bob had no easy task ,given where my small bathroom was located. With a sense of humor and outstanding professionalism, the result was evenmore beautiful than I expected. We had a great experience with our shower remodel. .Steve was so helpful and went above and beyond to meet a very tight timeline. We went from an old walk-in tub to a wall to wall shower in a very small second bathroom. South Shore Dream Bath removed and disposed of the old tub and vanity. We needed to change out the existing tub as my father was getting older. He needed as easier way to get to the shower without going over the tub. What a game changer! Absolutely makes a huge difference and the service was the best.

I worked with Michael and Richard in replacing an old jacuzzi tub to a gorgeous walk-in shower with a bench for my dad. We were able to schedule the remodel for the day after I closed on our new house. Richard arrived at 8:30am and the whole job was complete by 4:30pm. Incredible work and great people to work with!! Highly, highly recommend South Shore Dream Bath for any bathroom remodel!!

I needed the floor and bench of my shower resurfaced because the grout on the small square tiles was washing out and stained. The guys were great. The came on time, were neat quiet and professional. When they were done I asked for a little adjustment and even though they had already cleaned up they went back and tweaked it for me without making me feel bad. It came out perfect. I'm super happy.
